We developed the DEEPER Consulting Process© to support your organisation to implement an ambitious Anti-Racism programme, advancing towards equity of experiences and outcomes for your staff and customers.
1.Discovery
An initial question form and a Discovery Call are our starting points for your work. Are we the right fit for each other?
2.Envision
Developing a proposal for our work supporting your Anti-Racism ambitions.
How do we create a plan that matches your organisation’s challenges, ethos and budget?
3.Examine
Pre-engagement sessions prepare the organisation for staff questionnaires, thematic focus groups and key 1:1 conversations, providing vital insights in the form of a report.
A plan for change can be produced, with a contract for Steve Gilbert Consulting to deliver phases 4-6 agreed.
4.Pursue
This is where the real work starts. Every organisation requires a different approach, informed by the work of phases 1-3. We can be involved in a range of ways. From a light-touch advisory role to co-leading your Anti-Racism programme. Working closely with your teams, we will support your progress towards equity for all.
5.Evaluate
Intention is good, progress is better. We will support you to measure what really counts, building your organisation’s competence and confidence to address inequity whenever it arises.
6.Reaffirm
The work to become an Anti-Racist organisation requires a long-term commitment. Whether this is your first Anti-Racism programme of work or builds on previous work, there will be more work to do to transform your organisation and ensure equity of access, experiences and outcomes for staff and customers. We will support you in reaffirming your commitments.
